Rock Week Results

Paula Abdrool sings...err....lip synchs. The fact that she can move around without someone holding her up gets her thumbs up in my book. Extra credit points for the back fat squishing out the back of her dress.

If you had any doubt that Paula was lip synching, listening to Gwen Stefani should remove it.

Oh look! A former Idol contestant who's a successful rocker, ie, what Adam Lambert will not be.

Allison's gone. I'm surprised, but not really. Her bottom braces and her lithp irritated me. GOod riddance.

Rock Week

Sorry for the blog being so sporadic, but I think this season of Idol completely sucks.

Adam Lambert is a pockmarked freak. He cannot sing. He's been hyped more than the swine flu, as if that were even possible. I know all of you "Madame" fans will kick and scream about how awesome he is and how high his notes are and how far he sticks out his tongue...yawn. I am a music person and I would NEVER spend one red cent on anything this guy records. Not a chance in hell. He's atrocious.

Allison...yikes. Not even the whore red lipstick can help that tripe.

Kris and Danny's duet made me want to shove flaming hot knives in my ear.

Kris' doing the Beatles...hated it. I thought he was off, but to be fair, I think this genre fits he and Danny the least of the final 4. It doesn't really matter as this whole season has been a bonerfest to have Madame win the show so he can proceed to EPIC FAILURE in selling records. I can't wait.

Danny...Dream On...Dream On....Dream On....follow me? Yeah. A better song would have been "Oh Danny Boy, the pipes, the pipes are calling....from glen to glen, etc, etc, etc." It was a nice run, but not even your dead wife can save you this week. Later dude.

Adam and Allison sang a duet and Adam hit a high note and stuck his tongue out. Well I'll be darned! Yawn.

This season has been a complete disaster. File this winner under Ruben Studdard, Taylor Hicks, Fantasia, et al as an Idol champ that will soon be a complete afterthought.
